Our law firm, situated in the San Fernando Valley within Los Angeles County, has an immediate opening for an immigration attorney.

Experience and Qualifications

• Must possess a Juris Doctor degree and be actively admitted to practice law.
• Requires one to four years of direct experience advocating for immigrant families, specifically in family-based petitions, Naturalization applications, and Consular Processing cases.
• Responsibilities include drafting various legal documents such as motions, waiver applications, responses to Requests for Evidence, and appeals to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).
• Highly motivated individuals with somewhat less experience may also be considered for this role.
• Must be fully fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Demonstrates superior organizational abilities and effective communication skills.
• Proficiency in conducting legal research and using legal case management software is essential.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and outstanding verbal communication skills are necessary.
• Ability to analyze, resolve, and troubleshoot complex legal matters.
• Must be capable of organizing, planning, and prioritizing case filings effectively.
