We are seeking a committed, meticulous, and reliable individual to contribute to the assembly of high-quality, impactful products. This hands-on role places you within a cooperative production team dedicated to precision, operational efficiency, and superior outcomes. The position is full-time and requires on-site presence five days each week.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform product assembly utilizing an array of manual and powered tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, drills, and soldering irons.
  • Conduct quality inspections on components and report any discrepancies or problems to production supervisors.
  • Maintain current certifications and complete necessary training for all assigned production processes.
  • Accurately document production information and communicate concerns in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and consistently wear mandated personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Participate in team training sessions, continuous improvement initiatives, and efforts to optimize workflows.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and provide support for cross-functional production activities.
  • Ensure the work area is kept clean, safe, and orderly.
  • Assist in meeting production targets by being available for additional shifts or overtime as required.
  • Carry out other assigned duties relevant to the role.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Prior experience in an assembly, kitting, or packaging role.
  • Capability to comprehend and follow both written and spoken instructions in English.
  • Keen eye for detail and a forward-thinking approach.
  • Superior manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended durations.
  • Capacity to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds, utilizing assistance when necessary.
  • Demonstrated reliability, effective time management, and a dedication to producing quality work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • One or more years of experience within a manufacturing or assembly setting.
  • Exposure to ISO 13485 or comparable quality management standards.
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.

Work Environment

  • This is a fast-paced manufacturing facility involving interaction with machinery, tools, and variable temperatures.
  • The role entails frequent bending, twisting, lifting, pulling, and prolonged standing during the shift.
  • Regular operation of inspection instruments and material handling equipment is required.
  • Strict compliance with all safety regulations and the constant use of necessary PPE is mandatory.
