Location: Vernon, CA

Shift: Second Shift (Full-Time Position)

Compensation: Determined by relevant prior experience

Become a member of our expanding production team. We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to bolster our manufacturing activities. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of all production equipment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and necessary repairs on production machinery.
• Diagnose and resolve issues within mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Assist production lines to reduce operational interruptions and downtime.
• Install or replace components such as motors, belts, bearings, and other mechanical parts.
• Adhere strictly to all established safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Record all maintenance work performed and report any equipment malfunctions.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of two years of experience in a Maintenance Mechanic or comparable role within a manufacturing setting.
• Practical understanding of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Capability to interpret technical documentation and schematic drawings.
• Availability to work the second shift and, on occasion, weekends as required.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a demonstrated dedication to workplace safety.
