Job Overview:

Compensation: $20 per hour plus a $1,000 bonus for each successful deal.

This is a part-time position, available Monday through Friday, with a maximum of 20 hours per week.

The State Property Organization is seeking dependable individuals to distribute flyers, aiding in the expansion of our marketing efforts throughout Los Angeles and surrounding regions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Walking through residential areas to deliver flyers door-to-door.
• Logging each distributed flyer by using our designated tracking application.
• Earning a rate of $20 per hour, supplemented by a $1,000 bonus for every finalized deal that originates from the flyers you distributed.

Position Details:

• Pay rate: $20 per hour, with weekly payments.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday only.
• Maximum weekly hours: 20.
• Bonus structure: $1,000 per closed deal.
• Role involves no sales or direct conversation; the sole task is flyer distribution.
• Candidates must be reliable and possess their own means of transportation.

Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be capable of walking for multiple hours each day.
• Must demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
• Must have access to a personal vehicle or another reliable form of transport.
