Position Summary

Our company is looking for a motivated and energetic individual to fill a full-time role as a Telemarketer and Appointment Setter. Primary Duties

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments and create interest in our offerings.
  • Interact with clients, office personnel, and team members in a consistently professional and polite manner.
  • Handle negotiations and respond effectively to client questions or issues.
  • Show dependability through punctuality and readiness to work from Sunday to Thursday.
  • Always follow office protocols and be a cooperative, positive contributor to the team.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Technical Skills: Must be competent with computers and capable of typing over 30 words per minute while speaking on the telephone.
  • Communication: Excellent spoken communication skills and self-assurance when dealing with clients.
  • Organization: Aptitude for task prioritization and efficient time management.
  • Collaboration: A cooperative spirit and readiness to assist colleagues.
  • Initiative and Receptiveness: Strong desire to learn, adjust, and meet objectives in a rapid-paced setting.
  • Professional Conduct: Optimistic outlook, consistent punctuality, and perfect attendance—with no absences during the initial 30-day period.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English.
  • Previous related experience is an advantage (such as in reception, cold calling, or telephone sales).
  • Typing speed of 30+ words per minute and comfort with handling multiple tasks during calls.
  • A high school diploma or further education is desirable.
  • Must have consistent transportation to the workplace.

Remuneration and Perks

Hourly Wage: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour (specific rate will be confirmed during the interview process).

Weekly Hours: Full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week.

Additional Earnings: Potential for commission and bonus payments.

Paid Leave: Provided.

Training: Paid training is included.

Work Schedule

  • 8-hour shifts, Sunday through Friday, with variable hours.
  • This is an on-site position requiring in-person attendance.
