YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- Advanced proficiency with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media channels.
- A solid grasp of different audience segments and social media best practices to maximize engagement and web traffic.
- Robust analytical and quantitative abilities—the capacity to utilize data for developing and evaluating marketing effectiveness.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools (preference given to Hootsuite).
- A minimum of two years of experience cultivating social media presence for worldwide consumer brands.
- Experience managing social media accounts for both B2B and B2C clients.
- A proven history of generating substantial social media momentum and fostering brand loyalty.
- Practical knowledge of the blogging landscape relevant to a company\'s industry.
- Superior consulting, writing, editing (for photo, video, and text), presentation, and communication skills.
- Receptiveness to feedback and collaborative input from management and colleagues across the company.
- Availability to work 40 hours weekly from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time.
- The capacity to remain highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and deadlines.
- The ability to uphold strict confidentiality and discretion.
- A dependable home workstation featuring a fast computer, microphone, speakers, stable internet, and power supply for remote work.
YOUR DUTIES AND TASKS:
- Developing and disseminating compelling written and visual content for e-newsletters, website pages, blogs, and social media posts.
- Investigating new social marketing platform opportunities and thoughtfully adapting existing strategies to meet client requirements.
- Remaining current with the latest and emerging technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
- Employing creative thinking to devise dynamic strategies that grow follower bases, attract new customers, and maintain consistent engagement.
- Building and extending community and influencer outreach initiatives for clients.
- Evaluating campaign performance and converting qualitative data into actionable plans for refining social media, content marketing, SEO, and social advertising campaigns.
- Establishing clear goals and reporting on ROI, online reviews, and customer feedback. Responding to online inquiries and questions.
- Creating editorial calendars and content distribution schedules.
- Offering training and direction to social media and marketing team members on social media execution, best practices, and strategic approaches.

For positions in California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, the starting base pay ranges from $15 to $35 per hour.
Final compensation may differ based on factors including experience, qualifications, performance on skills assessments, geographic location, and the seniority of the offered position. For roles outside of California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, compensation may fall outside the stated ranges.
