We are currently seeking a full-time interior designer to become a member of our team. Please note that this role involves international travel.
About the Ideal Candidate
You possess a genuine passion for interior design and are seeking a permanent role within a small, dedicated, and innovative team. Your skill set includes proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, along with AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, or Revit. You successfully blend creativity with professionalism and customer service, supported by efficient research capabilities and outstanding communication. Your personal interests align with ours in the fields of architecture, sustainability, wellness, and the natural world. You are equally effective working on your own or collaboratively within a group. You are dedicated to upholding the utmost standards in all your endeavors. You hold a degree or certification in interior design or architecture. You have a minimum of three years of professional experience in residential interior design. You are fully proficient in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
Role Responsibilities
You will join an interdisciplinary team focused on creating homes, offices, and public areas, as well as designing furniture, wallpaper, textiles, and lighting fixtures.
Your involvement will span the entire design process. You will assist the lead designer by managing all phases of the design and construction workflow, from initial planning to final execution. This includes specifying materials, preparing drawings and presentations, supervising tradespeople, and liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the final result faithfully reflects the original design vision.
