Do you desire a more vibrant environment? If yes, we are looking for a full-time Sales and Studio Technician to join our So. Pasadena Resource Center.

This role calls for a proactive team member who is self-motivated and has an interest in sales, art, education, and glasswork. The ideal candidate will be able to foresee requirements to support customers, the store manager, and fellow sales and studio technicians. Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service are fundamental. Sales growth will be achieved mainly through educational interactions with customers and students, conducting classes, and performing in-store demonstrations.

Essential Qualifications:

• A bachelor\'s degree, ideally in Fine Arts or Studio Art, or comparable practical experience
• Minimum of two years in Retail Sales or Customer Service
• Consistently positive and approachable demeanor
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Able to work effectively within a small team
• Previous teaching experience
• Outstanding organizational and communication abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail in all job aspects
• Hands-on artistic experience is a plus
• Must be able to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds
