Are you seeking a meaningful way to contribute? Providing a temporary home for a dog is an immensely fulfilling experience. Ace of Hearts Dog Rescue specializes in saving dogs of every breed from shelters where they face imminent euthanasia. We then place them into caring foster homes until they are matched with permanent adoptive families.

• Olde English Bulldog/American Pit Bull Terrier mix
• This gentle giant is timid around his own food bowl and would likely greet a home intruder with affectionate licks. He enjoys napping throughout the day but is also playful. He has learned to roll onto his back, paws in the air, patiently awaiting a belly rub like a truly pampered companion. Leo is wonderful with people and gets along well with other dogs. His calm temperament makes him an ideal match for a household that already has another pet.
• Requires an immediate foster placement from someone willing to continue his training with our provided support and guidance.

Our rescue operates entirely through a foster network—we do not maintain a physical shelter. Consequently, our ability to save more dogs is directly dependent on having more foster volunteers. At this time, we have an urgent need for compassionate and dependable individuals in the Los Angeles region to assist us in saving lives.

We supply all necessary food, materials, and veterinary care. Your role is to offer a secure, affectionate environment and help these dogs understand what it means to be loved and cared for. This is not a conventional job; it is a chance for canine enthusiasts to receive compensation for their dedicated time and effort invested in a dog\'s wellbeing.

PLEASE REVIEW OUR REQUIREMENTS CAREFULLY:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have obtained full approval from landlords, roommates, family members, etc., prior to applying. Please only contact us if you are completely certain you can welcome a dog into your residence.
• Must be available to attend mandatory adoption events and supply pickups at the Petco in West Hollywood every other Saturday.
• Must be able to provide transportation to and from veterinary appointments as required.
• Must be prepared to commit to a minimum foster period of four weeks. If you are only available for short-term assistance (from a few days up to one week), we still welcome your inquiry.
