Job Description

This is a part-time role with the following weekly schedule:

• Tuesday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Thursday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• One Saturday per month for a 3-hour shift

Please note: During the training period, hours will be from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Upon completion of training, the schedule will shift to 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The ideal candidate must have schedule flexibility to accept additional hours when needed. A successful Department of Justice and FBI background check for Notary Public certification and fingerprinting is mandatory. Proficiency with the Windows operating system is required.

Primary Duties

The main responsibilities for this position include receiving and sorting mail and packages, operating the cash register, performing cleaning duties such as vacuuming, restocking inventory, answering phone calls, and supporting general retail operations. You will assist customers in selecting the most suitable shipping options and handle retail packing and shipping services for carriers including UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
