Our team is seeking a skilled Sales Associate specializing in fine jewelry. We invite individuals who are dedicated to their craft, find fulfillment in assisting customers, excel within a service-oriented atmosphere, and possess an appreciation for jewelry and design to apply. This role is primarily full-time, though experienced applicants seeking part-time hours may also be considered.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with receiving items for jewelry and watch repair services.
- Process custom and special orders for clients.
- Contribute to team sales objectives and targets.
- Deliver exceptional service to foster lasting customer relationships.
- Maintain an orderly, clean, and inviting showroom presentation.
- Manage basic sales, point-of-sale transactions, and daily operational duties.
Desired Qualifications:
- GIA certifications are preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in jewelry sales is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- A professional, reliable demeanor with strong attention to detail.
- Must be available to work on Saturdays and during holiday periods.
Work Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Compensation & Benefits: An annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $50,000, dependent on relevant experience. The position includes reimbursement for GIA coursework and paid vacation time.
