Retail Budtender / Cannabis Sales Associate (North Hollywood)

We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced female Budtender to become a part of our dispensary team. The primary responsibility of this position is to deliver outstanding customer service, share expert product knowledge, and assist patrons who come into our establishment. A requirement for this role is to attire oneself in alluring and/or swimwear during work hours.

Budtender Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly, warm, and professional manner.
• Foster a positive, customer-focused workplace that adheres to all established policies and regulatory procedures.
• Assist in daily operations, manage product displays, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Maintain current knowledge of the latest industry trends and detailed product information.
• Verify all necessary paperwork, documentation, and customer identification.
• Accurately operate and maintain the Point of Sale system.
• Provide excellent customer service by educating patrons on the safe use of their chosen cannabis products.
• Keep precise inventory counts for all dispensary products.
• Restock products while ensuring the store environment remains clean and organized.
• Be physically capable of meeting job demands, including standing for the duration of a shift.

Budtender Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and fellow team members.
• Knowledgeable about cannabis products, their effects, and their uses.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
