We are a dynamic and customer-oriented mobile device repair company looking for skilled technicians. The perfect applicant will have prior experience working in a repair environment and feel comfortable servicing a variety of smartphones and tablets, such as iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel, Motorola, and other models.

This position demands not just solid technical abilities but also excellent interpersonal skills to engage with clients, clarify necessary repairs, and offer precise estimates.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve problems across all leading smartphone brands.
• Carry out high-standard repairs efficiently and correctly.
• Receive devices, evaluate damage, and give clear repair estimates.
• Communicate clearly with customers about issues, timeframes, and pricing.
• Recommend accessories and promote additional services where appropriate.
• Keep work area tidy and well-organized.

Requirements:

• Must have previous employment in a phone repair shop.
• Proficient in taking apart, diagnosing, and fixing iPhones, Android devices, and tablets.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Dependable, professional, and attentive to detail.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
