This role calls for an independent yet collaborative professional with an enthusiasm for sales, art, education, and glasswork. The ideal candidate will proactively identify requirements to support customers, the store manager, and fellow sales and studio technicians. Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service are fundamental. Sales growth will be achieved chiefly through educational engagement via customer and student interactions, instructional classes, and live demonstrations within the store.

Essential Qualifications:

• A bachelor\'s degree, ideally in Fine Arts or Studio Art, or comparable practical experience
• Minimum of two years in Retail Sales or Customer Service
• Consistently positive and approachable demeanor
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Works effectively within a compact team
• Background in teaching or instruction
• Superior organizational and communication abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail in all job aspects
• Direct, hands-on experience in the arts is a strong advantage
• Must be able to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds
