Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning and booking various travel arrangements, including all-inclusive resorts, cruises, European itineraries, trips to Mexico and the Caribbean, Disney vacations, and adventure travel.
• Earn commission when your clients travel.
• Cultivate client relationships, resolve issues, and transform your travel research skills into income.
• Work independently—this is your own business venture, not a traditional hourly job.

What You Receive

• An 80% commission split starting immediately—no tiered structures, sales quotas, or complex requirements.
• Retain 100% of any research or consultation fees you charge.
• Operate under the Wanderoso brand or establish your own identity within our legal framework.
• Receive structured onboarding and practical, flexible training.
• Gain access to a fully configured CRM (Tern), a professional business email, and all necessary systems from your first day.
• Obtain access to industry suppliers, exclusive rates, and continuous support.
• Operate with legal protection under our Seller of Travel registrations.

Associated Costs

This is your own business, both legally and operationally. As with any legitimate enterprise, certain tools, systems, and compliance structures are necessary to operate professionally. All reputable host agencies charge onboarding and technology fees, as there are no mandatory sales minimums or quotas. You are never obligated to sell anything. These fees cover the cost of your essential tools and are not designed to generate profit for Wanderoso. The fees are as follows:

• A one-time onboarding fee of $299 (currently discounted by $100). This includes training, CRM setup, business email, supplier onboarding, and access to our resource systems.
• A monthly technology and support fee of $49. This covers CRM licensing, email hosting, advisor support, and required travel industry tools—costs typical within this sector.

Consider this a complete travel business package: everything required to launch quickly and operate professionally from the start, without having to navigate the complexities alone.
