Become a part of our successful team! We are seeking energetic, outgoing, and driven individuals to join our home improvement division as Door-to-Door Canvassers. Your primary objective will be to engage with homeowners, provide information about our services, and arrange complimentary estimate appointments for our project specialists.

Primary Duties

• Conduct door-to-door outreach in designated neighborhoods.
• Speak with homeowners regarding various home improvement services, such as windows, roofing, and solar installations.
• Schedule appointments for our sales representatives.
• Confidently and positively represent the company.

This is not a commission-only role. Every representative is guaranteed a base hourly wage, supplemented by commissions and performance-based bonuses. We provide this solid foundation because we have confidence in the quality of our services and in our team\'s ability to achieve success.

As a member of our field team, you will interact directly with homeowners in local communities, introduce our extensive range of remodeling and home upgrade solutions, and assist in scheduling free consultations.
