Confirmation/Appointment Setters Needed for a Construction Company (Valley Village)

Position: Appointment Confirmation Specialists Required for Construction Firm

Location: Valley Village, California

Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outreach via cold and warm calls, and follow up on digital leads for construction services.
2. Coordinate and arrange client meetings.
3. Verify scheduled appointments and re-engage with previous leads.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Minimum of six months of prior experience in appointment confirmation or telemarketing within the construction industry.
2. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is considered an advantage.
3. Must demonstrate strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
4. Comfortable and proficient with computer systems.
5. Capable of performing effectively in high-pressure situations.

Compensation: Hourly rate of $20 to $25, with additional bonus opportunities.
