Become an Appointment Setter with a premier, locally operated home improvement firm based in Encino. We are experiencing rapid growth and need upbeat, optimistic team members to support the expansion of our sales force.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls using pre-qualified, high-interest leads, employing effective techniques to present our offerings.
  • Schedule appointment times that accommodate both the client\'s availability and our sales team\'s calendar.
  • Use CRM systems, for example Salesforce, to record customer interactions, update details, and monitor scheduling objectives.
  • Screen leads by attentively listening and asking relevant questions to ensure appointments are set with truly interested parties.
  • Perform follow-up communications with potential clients to confirm appointments and address any additional inquiries.
  • Interact with homeowners in a courteous and businesslike manner.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficient negotiation abilities to arrange mutually suitable appointment times.
  • Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or comparable systems for managing client relations.
  • Understanding of technology or technical sales principles is advantageous.
  • Capable of efficiently managing outbound call initiatives while sustaining a constructive outlook.
  • A customer service focus aimed at establishing connection and credibility with prospects.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting that rewards initiative.
