EXPERIENCED TELEMARKETER – REMOTE POSITION – 10% COMMISSION ON EVERY SALE

We are an exterior home improvement firm specializing in roofing, siding, windows, decks, and related upgrades. This opportunity is for seasoned telemarketers only.

This is a rare offer in our industry: we provide a full 10% commission on every finalized sale you originate. This is not an hourly or per-appointment role; it is a pure, high-commission position.

EARNING POTENTIAL

• You receive 10% of the total value for each sale you help generate.
• The average project ranges from $15,000 to over $30,000.
• This translates to $1,500 to $3,000 or more per successful sale.
• There is no income cap or limit on hours—you control your schedule and workload.
• This role is a numbers game. With motivation, significant earnings are possible quickly.

POSITION DETAILS

• This is a work-from-home role.
• Dialing hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
• You may work as many or as few hours as you prefer.
• You will call from our provided lead lists.
• Your primary duty is to set qualified appointments for our sales team.
• We supply promotional materials and call scripts; you contribute your expertise.

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior telemarketing experience is mandatory.
• Must be comfortable making cold and warm calls to homeowners.
• Possess a strong, confident telephone presence.
• Must be self-motivated and disciplined.
• Require a reliable phone and a quiet workspace.
