Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative and Call Vetting Specialist to handle and assess incoming phone inquiries and digital leads. This position will act as the primary contact for prospective customers, screening inquiries, arranging consultation meetings, and ensuring precise tracking of lead details within our Salesforce CRM platform.
The perfect applicant will be systematic, approachable, and adept at operating in a busy, dynamic construction setting. Background in construction sales, home improvement services, or client support is highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and evaluate incoming calls, text messages, and online form entries from potential clients.
- Assess leads based on established company criteria before directing them to management or onsite estimators.
- Arrange consultations, follow-up calls, and appointments using the Salesforce CRM system.
- Keep thorough and correct documentation of all calls, lead progress, and required follow-up tasks.
- Interact with prospects in a professional and consistent manner via telephone, text, and email.
- Work alongside marketing and operations staff to enhance response speed and lead conversion effectiveness.
- Offer input regarding lead quality and help pinpoint recurring concerns such as spam or incorrect contact information.
Requirements:
- Prior background in sales, call center operations, customer service, or construction administration is desirable.
- Outstanding telephone manners and conversational abilities.
- Solid organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce is ideal) and Google Workspace applications.
- Bilingual capability in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
- Stable internet and telephone connection.
Compensation:
- Base Pay: Attractive hourly or monthly rate commensurate with experience.
- Commission: Additional earnings for each successfully finalized project.
- Structure: Position is as a 1099 independent contractor.
Work Schedule:
- Flexible scheduling, generally aligning with standard business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time).
