About the Position
We are seeking a motivated, well-spoken, and seasoned Sales Professional to become a part of our organization. The selected candidate will manage incoming inquiries, arrange client meetings, and oversee the sales department with accuracy and assurance. Key duties will include fostering client connections, pursuing project opportunities, developing proposals, and working alongside our estimation and engineering departments.
Key Duties
- Contact and assess incoming leads generated through marketing and referrals.
- Organize and oversee appointments for on-site evaluations and client consultations.
- Develop and deliver formal proposals and price quotations.
- Oversee the sales pipeline and monitor advancement using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with project managers and assist with bid development.
- Sustain ongoing communication with clients throughout the entire sales process.
Necessary Qualifications
- Demonstrated history in sales. Experience with estimation or quantity take-off is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Outstanding communication abilities — impeccable command of written and verbal English is essential.
- Superior organizational and follow-through skills.
- Comfort with technology, including proficiency in CRM platforms and digital communication tools.
Additional Preferred Experience
- A solid background in sales.
- Previous experience within the contracting or development industry is advantageous.
