City Wide Facility Solutions is preparing for its Pasadena launch in 2026 and is currently seeking a B2B Sales Executive to generate new business within the Pasadena and San Gabriel Valley regions.
This position is designed for a proactive hunter. Key activities will include cold calling, prospecting, conducting walk-in visits, and cultivating relationships with a variety of local businesses such as schools, medical offices, car dealerships, corporate offices, and retail centers.
Primary Responsibilities
- Dedicate over 20 hours per week to prospecting through calls, in-person visits, and networking.
- Identify and assess potential new clients.
- Present comprehensive janitorial and facility service solutions.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline within a CRM system, focusing on a targeted \"Hot 25\" list.
- Finalize sales agreements and transition new accounts to the Operations team.
Desired Qualifications
- Two to four years of experience in B2B sales. Background with companies like Cintas, Aramark, Sysco, or Waste Management is beneficial.
- Proven skills in prospecting and outbound sales calls.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- A self-driven, results-oriented professional with excellent communication abilities.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000, dependent on experience.
- Uncapped commission structure with total on-target earnings between $100,000 and $120,000 or more.
- Reimbursement for business-related mileage and cell phone usage.
