Apogee Electronics, an innovator since 1985, is looking for a seasoned and outcome-oriented U.S. Sales Manager to increase revenue through retail, education, direct online sales, and distribution networks.

You will be responsible for managing the performance of crucial partners, including Amazon Seller Central, Sweetwater, Guitar Center, Vintage King, B&H, and Alto Music, among others. A key part of the role is maintaining channel integrity and enforcing Apogee\'s Unilateral Marketing and Pricing Policy. We need a proactive leader who excels through personal accountability, building connections, and delivering measurable success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Expand: Take full ownership of U.S. revenue generation across all sales channels. Develop and implement strategies to surpass established goals.
• Build Partnerships: Enhance relationships with existing major dealers and distributors while identifying and developing new market opportunities.
• Optimize E-Commerce: Oversee Amazon Seller Central operations, including pricing, product listings, promotional activities, and brand protection measures.
• Execute Strategy: Manage sales forecasting, promotional planning, product launch coordination, and drive profitable product sell-through.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance departments to achieve revenue objectives and maintain channel discipline.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of five years in sales or channel management within the professional audio, musical instrument, or consumer electronics industries.
• A demonstrated track record of success managing major retail accounts and e-commerce platforms, with Amazon experience being highly advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of pricing strategies, promotional tactics, and sell-through analytics.
• Excellent skills in building relationships and negotiating.
• Familiarity with recording and music production workflows, enabling effective communication with music creators.
