We are looking for a full-time inside sales representative (Admissions Counselor) to aid our students in enrolling in our various educational programs, both via telephone and in person at our Pico Rivera campus.

Job Details

• Act as the primary contact for potential customers inquiring about our educational programs and services, whether in person or by phone. Cold calling is not necessary.
• Must understand all company products and services to effectively advise and support customers.
• Accountable for selling all company services, finalizing agreements, and handling payment processing.
• Expected to achieve monthly sales targets, minimum customer interaction volumes, and specific closing ratios.
• Must demonstrate consistent follow-up with leads, providing prompt and comprehensive responses to their inquiries.
• Exceptional verbal communication abilities and a commitment to outstanding customer service and support are essential.
• Must be adept at welcoming and engaging with customers, building relationships, and completing sales.

Requirements

• Education: A high school diploma is mandatory.
• Customer Service: 2 years of experience.
• Sales Experience: 2 years of experience.
• Spanish language proficiency is required.
• Must be capable of multitasking and prioritizing, with strong phone and email (Outlook) skills, data entry experience, and customer service abilities.

Work Hours: Monday through Thursday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed on weekends.

Pay Rate: $24.04 per hour, plus monthly sales commission.
