GlowStar Digital is seeking a driven and outcome-oriented Sales Development Representative to initiate contact with potential clients and schedule meetings for our closing team. The position involves making cold calls, arranging appointments for our closers, and operating entirely within a contemporary CRM system. This remote, independent contractor opportunity provides significant flexibility, compensation tied to performance, and the chance to contribute substantially to a progressive and expanding organization.

Compensation Structure

This is a commission-only role with no base salary.

  • Receive 70% commission from every client payment collected during your first month after onboarding.
  • Subsequently, earn a 40% monthly-recurring commission starting from the second month.

Bonus Incentives

  1. A $150 bonus is awarded when your first qualified appointment attends within the initial 7 days of starting.
  2. A $1,000 bonus is available in your first month if 20 decision-makers attend the meetings you book.
  3. Earn $20 for every qualified decision-maker who attends a scheduled call.
  4. Receive an extra $50 for each additional attendee beyond the weekly threshold of 5 qualified appointments that show (this stacks with the per-show bonus).
  5. An additional $20 is paid for each no-show that you successfully reschedule and who then attends within 2 calendar days of the original appointment.
  6. A $250 bonus is paid when 6 new prospects, sourced from appointments you set, become clients within a single month.
