About the Role

We are looking for committed and professional Spa Attendants to become part of our vibrant team. This role is perfect for students or anyone seeking to develop a career within the hospitality or wellness sector. Spa Attendants play a crucial part in our facility\'s daily functions, guaranteeing a pristine, inviting, and serene atmosphere while also supporting guests and carrying out fundamental spa treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide guests on tours of the spa, explaining available amenities and procedures.
• Distribute towels, robes, slippers, and other amenities during guest check-in.
• Uphold cleanliness and order in all spa areas, including locker rooms, showers, pool decks, and sauna facilities.
• Administer light spa treatments, such as applying mud masks, body scrubs, and Platzas (steam therapies) in warm settings.
• Assist guests with beverage service, including tea and custom-made smoothies.
• Ensure linen storage areas are well-stocked, organized, and refilled as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries with accurate information.
• Aid other spa personnel and management with additional operational tasks as required.

What We\'re Looking For

• Adaptable schedule, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• At ease working in warm conditions, such as saunas and steam rooms.
• Capable of standing for long durations and completing physical duties.
• Able to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Approachable and sociable attitude, coupled with a professional appearance.
• Dependable transportation and a record of punctuality.
• Solid dedication to work and a cooperative team mentality.
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Compensation: Hourly wage plus gratuities, commission, and employee benefits.
