Our upscale hair studio in Westwood is seeking a new salon assistant. Our current assistant, who has been exceptional, is completing her program and relocating. This role is an ideal fit for recent beauty school graduates or new stylists eager to accelerate their professional development rapidly.

Position Overview

We are in search of a motivated and ambitious salon assistant who desires substantive, hands-on education rather than mundane tasks. If you have a deep enthusiasm for cutting, coloring, blonding, and producing engaging content, this is the environment to advance your skills.

Primary Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and delivering a premium service experience.
• Performing shampooing, toning, blow-drying, and styling services.
• Creating content for platforms such as Reels, including photography and behind-the-scenes material.
• Maintaining salon cleanliness and ensuring efficient daily operations.
• Working on hair models during available periods.

Schedule
