Front Desk Support Position at Aveda Salon in Westwood, CA

Taka Hair Salon is seeking personable, dynamic, and dependable individuals to become part of our exceptional team. As the core of our salon operations and the initial point of contact for our clients, our front desk staff must create an outstanding first impression and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail. While specific skills can be taught, possessing that innate standout quality is essential. We are searching for candidates who have that special spark. Comprehensive training will be provided by management to ensure success within our culturally focused salon environment. Job Description

• Delivering high-quality service with both skill and a personal touch.
• Performing opening and closing procedures.
• Maintaining punctuality.
• Presenting a stylish and polished appearance that reflects the beauty industry.
• Selling retail products and promoting upgrades for salon services.
• Remaining organized and able to follow instructions effectively.
• Retail or customer service experience and/or salon experience is required.
• Weekend availability is mandatory, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
• Must be available to work throughout the holiday season.
