We are currently broadening our services by introducing a sophisticated Hair Rituals Department and are in search of a Lead Technician to supervise this specialized section, providing exceptional scalp and hair care treatments to our clientele.

Summary

The Lead Technician will be responsible for managing the Hair Rituals Department, overseeing daily activities, performing advanced scalp and hair services, and guiding a team to guarantee each guest enjoys a luxurious and rejuvenating session. This position merges practical skill with supervisory duties, upholding the spa\'s renowned commitment to superior quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality hair washing, scalp massage, and specialized hair ritual treatments with meticulous attention.
• Supervise and instruct the Hair Rituals team to ensure uniformity in method and client interaction.
• Oversee the daily schedule and operational requirements of the department.
• Sustain a tranquil, orderly, and spotless setting for guests.
• Work alongside management to develop and implement new hair and scalp rituals and service improvements.
• Adhere strictly to all health, cleanliness, and safety protocols as mandated by state law.
• Handle guest comments with professionalism and ensure complete satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid California Cosmetology license.
• A minimum of two years of experience in hair washing, scalp treatments, or salon and spa services; prior leadership experience is advantageous.
• Thorough understanding of scalp health, hair care products, and premium service expectations.
• Outstanding abilities in communication, instruction, and team leadership.
• Professional appearance and conduct, coupled with a genuine dedication to client care.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
