We are looking for a seasoned Vehicle Patrol Field Supervisor to guide and assist our team at various client locations. This position combines direct leadership with active patrol duties, guaranteeing our team provides consistent and professional security services during every shift.

Location: Greater Los Angeles Area / Field-Based

Available Shift:

Monday and Tuesday — 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM

Primary Job Duties:

• Provide field supervision, training, and support to vehicle patrol officers.
• Perform patrols, address incidents, and provide emergency assistance.
• Manage vehicle preparedness, verify completion of patrol routes, and oversee daily report submission.
• Sustain clear communication with management and client representatives.
• Ensure all personnel adhere to company protocols, safety regulations, and specific post instructions.

Requirements:

• Possession of a valid California driver\'s license and a clean driving history.
• Active Guard Card (or eligibility to acquire one).
• Minimum of five years in security or patrol, with supervisory experience being advantageous.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, effective communication, and proficient report-writing skills.
• Must be available for weekend work and on-call duty as needed.
