Our organization is actively recruiting committed and proficient professionals for the roles of Armed Guard and Rover in the Brentwood vicinity. Individuals with a strong dedication to the security field, a valid guard card, and an exposed firearm permit are strongly urged to submit their applications. Schedule

Shifts are 8 hours in duration and available for Day, Swing, and Night rotations.

Available Shifts (Please only apply if you can commit to the posted schedule)

Day Shift Schedules

• 5-Day Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
• 2-Day Schedule: Sunday and Monday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
• 5-Day Supervisor Schedule (Supervisory experience required): Friday to Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Swing Shift Schedule

• 2-Day Schedule: Thursday and Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
• 7-Day Schedule: Currently open for day assignments; Saturday and Monday, 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate a vehicle and conduct patrols throughout the community.
• Deliver outstanding security services to all clients.
• Maintain an alert presence to ensure the safety of personnel and property.
• Perform routine patrols and inspections to detect and mitigate potential security threats.
• Respond quickly and efficiently to any security incidents or emergencies.
• Work cooperatively with team members to uphold a secure environment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state Driver\'s License.
• Satisfactory driving history.
• Clear background investigation.
• Current guard card authorized by the BSIS.
• Exposed firearm permit for the armed role.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Superior problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Capacity to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Military veterans are especially encouraged to apply.
