Unarmed Security Guard - Graveyard Shift (Malibu)

About This Job

Successful candidates for this security position will be responsible for a range of duties focused on maintaining safety and order. Key responsibilities include maintaining constant vigilance, documenting and reporting all safety issues, security violations, and irregular events. Personnel are required to accurately complete Daily Activity Reports and generate detailed incident reports, promptly alerting the relevant authorities in cases of accidents or emergencies.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Sustained and attentive monitoring of assigned areas.
• Reporting all potential safety hazards, security lapses, and atypical situations.
• Filing comprehensive Daily Activity Reports.
• Drafting formal incident reports and ensuring swift notification to designated personnel during any emergency or accident.
• A demonstrated capacity for meticulous attention to detail and the exercise of sound judgment, particularly under challenging or high-pressure circumstances.
• Upholding the most stringent professional standards across all locations.

Candidate Prerequisites

• Previous experience in a security role is advantageous.
• Possession of a valid California Guard Card.
• Strong customer service abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Legal authorization to work for any employer within the United States.
• Ability to successfully undergo a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
