Hiring AAA Battery Service Technicians (Northridge)

We are currently seeking full-time service drivers to join our AAA team.

Our ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• A clean driving history with no major violations.
• Basic mechanical skills, including experience with tasks like installing batteries, assisting with lockouts, delivering fuel, and changing tires.
• Strong customer service abilities and effective communication skills.
• An independent work ethic and the capability to fulfill both company standards and customer needs.
• Good familiarity with the geographic area of the San Fernando Valley.
• Previous industry experience is a plus, but comprehensive training is available for the right candidate.
• Flexibility in scheduling and hours of availability.

Compensation is determined by individual experience and includes a commission structure with additional opportunities for bonuses.
