Our home renovation firm specializes in residential roofing and is seeking to expand our network of subcontracting teams. We require an additional crew capable of handling two to four roof installations each month. Applicants must hold a valid license and carry insurance, with a clean record registered with the CSLB.

The roofing material we provide to clients is exclusively Owens Corning Duration shingles. Every project uses this same shingle type; we do not work with tile.

For a standard project, we offer a rate of $475 per square for labor and materials, which includes Owens Corning Duration shingles. Additional compensation applies for extra work. A standard project consists of single‑layer tear‑off and disposal, starter row installation, ice and water barrier in valleys, underlayment, drip edge, and fitting Owens Corning Duration shingles.

Consistent, quality workmanship and reliability will secure your crew a steady flow of two to four projects monthly throughout the year.
