Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be a driven, results-focused professional with a strong sense of organization and dedication to client satisfaction. Essential skills include managing multiple projects, communicating clearly with clients, subcontractors, and team members, and a steadfast commitment to delivering projects on schedule and within budget. Collaborating closely with design and construction teams, the Project Manager will be responsible for the following duties:

• Compiling scopes of work, leading value engineering efforts, and creating estimates and proposals.
• Procuring necessary materials, vendors, and subcontractors for each project. Identifying decision-making gaps and presenting viable solutions and recommendations.
• Ensuring diligent management of project budgets and change orders.
• Maintaining, driving, and tracking the project schedule.
• Providing quality control and technical guidance as required.
• Identifying opportunities for project enhancement through alternative products and vendor sources.
• Guaranteeing client satisfaction and nurturing strong relationships with project partners.
• Conducting regular project reviews to ensure quality and adherence to company construction standards.
• Scheduling and supervising employees, trade contractors, and material deliveries.

Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of construction project management experience, including oversight of production.
• Demonstrated track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural plan sets.
• Technical knowledge of residential and construction codes, sequencing, and industry best practices.
• Ability to collect data, prepare reports, and communicate effectively.
• Experience with intricate and high-end projects.
• Clear evidence of a commitment to quality construction and client satisfaction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including scheduling via MS Project.

The offered compensation range is dependent on candidate qualifications. Final placement within this range considers factors such as education, relevant qualifications, project complexity, and prior experience. Compensation: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
