We are seeking an experienced technician or mechanic. Compensation ranges from $1000 to $1400 per week, based on individual experience and proficiency. Our shop maintains a consistently high volume of work. This position is salaried. We operate as a collaborative team where assisting colleagues is standard practice. We expect high-quality, meticulous work.

To ensure a mutual fit and efficiency, ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Possess extensive hands-on experience, having replaced a very high volume of components. For instance, you should have installed hundreds of ball joints, not merely a handful.
• Own a comprehensive set of personal tools. It is surprisingly common for mechanics to report their tools being \"stolen,\" so reliance on borrowing should be minimal.
• Be proficient in major procedures such as engine removal, intake manifold replacement, strut replacement, and ball joint installation.

You will receive your salary punctually every week, without exception. Our schedule includes a significant holiday break; for example, in 2024 the shop was closed for 11 out of 14 days, with pay. The position also begins with one week of paid vacation. We value loyalty and, in return, guarantee fair and respectful treatment. This is not a corporate chain. We understand personal obligations, such as a child\'s illness, and will not deduct pay for such necessary absences.
