Position Overview

We are looking for a practical Construction Supervisor with substantial hands-on experience in residential foundation and structural repair. This position involves overseeing multiple company crews, coordinating daily field activities, and ensuring that all work sites maintain the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and quality. This is a true field leadership role, ideal for an individual prepared to assume responsibility and advance within a company that rewards internal growth.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive practical knowledge in residential foundation repair, carpentry, and concrete formwork. Required expertise includes work with grade beams, caissons, seismic retrofitting, underpinning for both raised and slab foundations, retaining wall installation, as well as rebar placement and structural concrete practices.

Primary Duties

• Provide daily leadership and direction to multiple in-house crews.
• Collaborate with Foremen to guarantee the quality of all structural repair work.
• Conduct visits to active job sites throughout Los Angeles County.
• Enter confined spaces such as subfloors and crawlspaces to inspect raised foundations and monitor work progress.
• Utilize a computer to enter field data into spreadsheets and project management software.
• Oversee project timelines, material procurement, subcontractor coordination, and inspection scheduling.
• Enforce jobsite safety protocols and ensure crew adherence to industry best practices.
• Serve as the point of contact for clients, suppliers, and municipal inspectors.
• Perform quality assurance reviews and track project milestones.
• Participate in weekly office meetings to report on project status.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on construction experience (field work is mandatory).
• Established track record of managing structural repair projects and field crews.
• Familiarity with regional building codes and occupational safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Must be willing and able to access crawlspaces beneath structures to inspect raised foundations.
• Capable of effectively managing tasks across several concurrent job sites.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $145,000 (top-performing supervisors can earn over $180,000).

Job Location

This is an in-person position based in Sunland, CA 91040, with daily travel required across Los Angeles County and nearby regions.
