The company is experiencing rapid expansion and will soon be establishing a new office in the Ventura and Santa Barbara region. Initial training, spanning approximately four to five months, will be conducted at our Los Angeles headquarters.

Job Summary:

We are a foremost structural repair company serving Southern California, specializing in foundation reinforcement, hillside stabilization, seismic retrofitting, and structural framing. Due to our accelerated growth, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Structural Project Development Consultants.

This is a commission-based position working with high-quality, inbound leads. Cold calling is not required. Leading consultants earn between $100,000 and $200,000 or more annually, with our top performers surpassing $350,000 each year.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct meetings with pre-qualified leads, including homeowners, contractors, and real estate professionals.
• Perform on-site assessments of foundations, hillsides, and structural framing.
• Create tailored solutions that align with client budgets and structural requirements.
• Present proposals and finalize agreements for high-value structural repair projects.
• Collaborate with engineering, permitting, and production teams after the sale.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and conduct necessary follow-up communications.

Requirements:

• Experience in construction sales, inspections, or estimating, with a preference for foundation or structural work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated with a focus on achieving results.
• Basic knowledge of structural systems or permitting processes; training will be provided.
• Access to reliable transportation and a valid California driver\'s license.
• Ability to navigate and work in crawlspaces, on slopes, and other demanding job site conditions.

Work Location:

This is an in-person role based in Sunland, CA 91040, with daily travel required throughout Los Angeles County, Ventura County, and surrounding areas.
