Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Hardscape Construction Supervisor who is interested in a partnership and profit-sharing arrangement. This position involves directing work crews in the installation of patios, pathways, structural walls, and various other hardscape elements throughout Southern California. The individual will manage all aspects of projects from initial planning to final completion, guaranteeing high standards of quality and safety, optimizing workflow, and ensuring clear communication with the team and customers.

Primary Duties

• Direct and oversee hardscape installation teams at project sites.
• Coordinate, schedule, and administer projects from commencement to conclusion.
• Uphold safety regulations and enforce rigorous quality assurance measures.
• Understand and execute work based on technical drawings, plans, and project specifications.
• Oversee the use of materials, tools, and heavy machinery.
• Maintain effective communication with crew members, clients, and company leadership.
• Supply precise progress reports and updates via digital platforms such as WhatsApp.
• Identify and troubleshoot job-site issues efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven background in hardscape construction and crew supervision.
• In-depth knowledge of construction techniques and materials.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding technical plans and blueprints.
• Familiarity with operating heavy equipment (e.g., excavators, skid steers) is advantageous.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Competent with computers and digital communication tools.
• Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.
• Dependable with a meticulous approach to work.
• Possession of a valid driver\'s license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness and capability to travel to any state as needed.
