Compensation Structure

• Increased Earnings with Experience: The starting rate is $0.56 per mile for drivers with two or more years of verifiable experience.
• For drivers with less than two years of experience, entry pay begins at $14.35 per hour during the initial training month, transitioning to $0.49 per mile thereafter.

Primary Job Duties

1. Safely and efficiently secure and transport cargo.
2. Plan delivery routes utilizing GPS technology and ensure punctual arrivals.
3. Remain alert to road conditions and adhere to all traffic regulations.
4. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine operational inspections.
5. Promptly report any accidents or mechanical problems as per company policy.

Required Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must maintain a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• A clean driving history and one to two years of CDL driving experience are required.
• Must be capable of handling long-haul routes and the physical aspects of flatbed trucking operations.
