Valet Supervisor Position at Restaurant

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday
Hours: 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM
Employment Type: Part-time, hourly wage
Compensation: Starting at $21 per hour, plus gratuities

Candidates are required to possess prior valet supervisory experience.

The onsite Supervisor will manage the daily operations of the location. This role involves ensuring staff carry out their duties efficiently and deliver exceptional customer service to all restaurant patrons.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee employee adherence to proper parking, security, and customer service protocols.
• Supervise facility maintenance to guarantee cleanliness and compliance with company standards.
• Review all damage reports to determine liability and appropriate resolution.
• Execute corporate administrative procedures, including matters related to employee relations, formal complaints, workers\' compensation claims, and performance-related disciplinary measures.
• Manage all directly reporting valet attendants and mediate any customer disputes concerning rates or services in a diplomatic manner.
