Tour Driver and Guide – Southern California and Baja Mexico Border Single-Day Excursion with Photography.

We are seeking personable and dependable Drivers and Tour Guides to conduct cultural excursion trips from the Los Angeles and San Diego areas into Baja Mexico, specifically Tijuana and Rosarito. Your role will involve transporting and leading tourists departing from well-known locations including Santa Monica, Hollywood, Long Beach, and Los Angeles, with a final destination in San Diego, Tijuana, and Rosarito Beach.

This position involves straightforward tour guidance. The use of pre-recorded audio for narration is permitted, and prior experience is not necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.

We will facilitate expedited crossing through the Mexico-United States border.

Primary Duties

• Operate a vehicle and guide tourists on pre-arranged tours.
• Utilize pre-recorded guiding audio to streamline tour commentary.
• Advocate for the tour and hand out promotional materials. You will be supplied with promotional cards featuring your personal QR code and contact number. You will receive a 10% commission on top of your standard pay for every booking made using your phone number or QR code.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and guarantee a secure and pleasant experience for all guests.
• Assist guests with inquiries, photography, and local suggestions.
• Ensure all vehicles are kept clean, safe, and present a professional appearance.

Necessary Qualifications

• A valid driver\'s license and passport.
• A clean driving history with no accidents.
• No issues with drugs or other substances.
• Experience is not required; complete training will be offered.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; Spanish language skills are a significant advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.

Provided Vehicles

• A 7-passenger Land Rover.
• Later transition to a 10-passenger Mercedes Sprinter.
• The vehicle may be kept at your residence.

Pay Structure

• $170 per day.
• Plus a 10% commission from personal bookings.
• Plus gratuities.
• Total earning potential is approximately $400 per excursion.
• Payment is issued daily.

Tour Option Two

A school documentary film project on location. This is a 6-day journey where you will drive a production van transporting 10 students through California and Nevada.

This 7-day \"School Documentary Film Tour\" begins and concludes in Los Angeles. It focuses on education, travel, film production, and earning opportunities while exploring interesting, unusual, and cinematic sites across California and Nevada.
