We are currently seeking to fill two (2) positions for Producer\'s Assistants in Los Angeles. These roles provide support to an active film producer with a demanding travel schedule. The position combines traditional administrative duties with hands-on, practical involvement during active film productions.

You will serve as a direct representative of the producer, a role that becomes particularly crucial when they are not physically present on set.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily clerical and administrative support to the producer.
• Manage the distribution of payments and processing of invoices for crew members and vendors.
• Assist in the coordination and hiring of film crew as required.
• Facilitate real-time communication between the producer and the production crew.
• Act as the designated point of authority on-site in the producer\'s absence.
• Attend filming sets and locations as the producer\'s official representative.
• Deliver consistent updates, manage phone calls, and submit reports throughout the workday.
• Aid in scheduling, task follow-up, and general production coordination.
• Ensure seamless production operations by functioning as the producer\'s principal support.

Requirements

• Must reside in the Los Angeles area.
• Possess dependable transportation and a willingness to travel occasionally for shoots.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Must demonstrate the capacity to follow instructions precisely and work autonomously.
• Be at ease working on set and engaging with cast and crew members.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and responsive demeanor in high-pressure, fast-paced settings.
• Ability to represent the producer with professionalism and confidence.
• Prior experience in production, as an assistant, or as an executive assistant is preferred.
