This exclusive gathering will take place in conjunction with the American Film Market (AFM) on Wednesday, November 12th, 2025. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with executive producers, producers, filmmakers, writers, directors, crew members, and performers who have established credits in network and feature film productions from across the local, regional, and national landscape.

Event Profile

The mixer is designed to welcome specialists from the realms of film, television, sports, and entertainment. This includes professional athletes, entertainers, media figures, musicians, models, producers, directors, entrepreneurs, entertainment lawyers, fashion industry professionals, advertising executives, actors, screenwriters, photographers, investment bankers, and other seasoned entertainment industry practitioners.

Available Opportunities

As this is a complimentary event for guests, we require support staff to assist with organizational logistics and attendee management. The following positions are available:
