E-Commerce Webmaster and Admin (Los Angeles Fashion District)

Our company is a flourishing women\'s clothing brand operating in both the B2B and direct-to-consumer spaces, based in the central Los Angeles Fashion District. We are dedicated to offering premium fashion at outstanding value. We are now looking for an experienced Webmaster to become a member of our organization. This role is available for individuals seeking either full-time or part-time employment.

Key Duties

• Oversee and enhance our Shopify-based online stores to guarantee smooth and efficient customer interactions.
• Administer and maintain our presence on various sales channels, including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and wholesale networks such as Faire and FashionGO.
• Work alongside different departments to understand needs and execute customized web-based projects.
• Direct the work of virtual assistants handling duties related to content creation, image procurement, search engine optimization, and paid digital campaigns.
• Consistently refresh, adjust, and improve site material to support brand objectives.
• Track website functionality, diagnose problems, and ensure a stable, error-free online environment.
• Keep informed about the latest developments and standards in web design, digital technology, and online retail.
• Apply and oversee protective protocols to safeguard website integrity and confidential information.
• Perform routine evaluations of all digital assets to pinpoint and address opportunities for enhancement.
• Help in the administration of social media profiles, making sure they complement the broader digital marketing plan.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated background in a website administration or webmaster capacity, with solid understanding of core web development concepts.
• Advanced proficiency with Shopify and exposure to additional content management systems.
• Excellent analytical abilities and a keen eye for precision.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, especially when coordinating with various company divisions.
• Previous use of Klaviyo or comparable marketing automation software is beneficial.

Technical Proficiencies

Essential:

• Shopify platform management
• Microsoft Office applications
• Adobe Photoshop
• Team coordination and leadership

Advantageous:

• Experience with Amazon, Walmart, and eBay seller portals
• Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
• HTML and CSS coding
