Jaguar Design Studio operates as a dynamic agency collaborating with prominent technology firms in Silicon Valley. We are currently seeking a Full Stack Developer who excels in self-direction, rapidly acquiring new technical skills, and guiding projects from initial concept through to final delivery.

Schedule and Location

This is a full-time role operating from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, Pacific Time. We are searching for developers based in Atascadero and nearby regions such as San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build web applications within a team setting, managing all stages from planning to launch.
• Demonstrate skill in ReactJS, Ruby on Rails, and Git, alongside a capacity to master new tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate directly with our internal design team to assess the technical feasibility of proposed designs and wireframes.
• Take part in client meetings to define project needs and report on development status.
• Be available for travel to support projects and company events held nationally and internationally.

Qualifications and Technical Requirements

• At least three years of professional software development experience.
• Capable of producing optimized code and designing clear, maintainable system architectures.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML5, React JS, Node JS, and JavaScript.
• A minimum of two years working with Ruby on Rails or a comparable web application framework.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience with React.
• Thorough understanding of Git and version control principles.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and abroad for approximately two to four weeks annually.
• Possesses outstanding task prioritization abilities and can adapt focus smoothly as project demands shift.
