REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Complete proficiency in video and photo editing software.
- A strong enthusiasm for design, branding, marketing, advertising, and digital content creation.
- A foundational knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Tumblr, and LinkedIn.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and staying current with design industry trends.
- An impressive portfolio demonstrating experience in creating ad banners, marketing emails, social media content, and logos. Examples of infographics, slide presentations, and print designs are also advantageous.
- Familiarity with the Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Klaviyo and Mailchimp is preferred.
- Experience using project management tools such as Basecamp, QuickBooks, and Google Docs is preferred.
- Additional consideration for knowledge of video editing and motion graphics software like Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
- Additional consideration for illustration or traditional drawing abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
- Professional background working in an advertising agency or digital marketing setting is preferred.
- The capacity to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in presenting materials to clients in a professional manner.
- Availability to work 40 hours weekly, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
- A dependable home workstation equipped with a fast computer, microphone, speakers, and reliable internet and power connections.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating static and animated banners for advertising campaigns.
- Designing emails for email marketing initiatives.
- Producing posts and imagery for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Developing original logos and brand guidelines from concept.
- Creating vector icons and illustrations.
- Designing print materials including brochures, letterheads, and business cards.
- Creating website mockups and associated graphics for desktop and mobile to assist the web design team as required.
- Taking part in client meetings and collaborating with our Digital Producers to strategize and achieve client objectives through creative, clear, and effective design.
- Working alongside our copywriters, PPC team, and other departments to define project vision, generate creative concepts, and balance visual appeal with performance requirements.
- Preparing neatly organized and structured design files.
- Ensuring timely project completion while consistently applying our methodologies and adhering to quality standards.

For candidates in California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, the starting base pay for this role ranges from $17 to $35 per hour.
Final compensation may differ based on factors including experience, qualifications, performance on skills assessments, geographic location, and the seniority of the position offered. For positions located outside of California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, compensation may fall outside the stated range.
