YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Outstanding written English abilities and meticulous proofreading skills to ensure perfect grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure.
• Professional background or formal training as a marketing copywriter, advertising copywriter, or in a comparable role (preferred).
• Additional consideration for previous experience in a managerial or mentoring capacity (preferred).
• A natural inclination toward leadership and a grasp of effective task delegation.
• A foundational knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Tumblr, LinkedIn, and others.
• A willingness to learn about web-based writing and Search Engine Optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in utilizing various SEO tools to identify the most advantageous web pages for content development.
• The capacity to compose content and adhere to precise content creation protocols.
• The drive to perform effectively both collaboratively and autonomously on projects with limited oversight.
• A commitment to upholding strict standards of confidentiality and discretion.
• A dependable home office setup featuring a high-speed computer, microphone, and webcam. Consistent internet connectivity and power supply are essential.
• The ability to work a 40-hour weekly schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.

YOUR DUTIES AND TASKS:

• Overseeing copy creation for eCommerce and lead generation websites across a portion of Coalition Technologies\' portfolio of over 200 client accounts.
• Directing a team of SEO copywriters. Supplying them with the guidance and resources necessary for their achievement, as well as constructive critiques to enhance their output.
• Serving as the lead copy editor for assigned accounts. Our writers and producers will regard you as the content expert and guardian of the client\'s brand voice.
• Guaranteeing content excellence that accurately reflects the brand\'s identity and core value propositions.
• Performing keyword research for individual pages on client websites.
• Developing into a proficient online marketing manager by aligning products and services with the most appropriate search terms (Coalition Technologies will provide training for this).
• Orchestrating web content for numerous concurrent marketing campaigns.
• Working cooperatively to generate social media content, email marketing copy, press releases, and related promotional materials.
• Managing SEO content initiatives from the initial launch phase, through research and creation, to the final publication of content on the client\'s site.

For positions in California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, the starting base pay for this role is between $15 and $35 per hour.

Final compensation may differ based on elements such as relevant experience, credentials, performance on skills assessments, geographic location, and the seniority level of the position offered. For roles outside of California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, compensation may fall outside the stated range.
