Liposuction Training Seeks Volunteer Patient Models

The American Association of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery (AAAMS) is looking for individuals to volunteer as patient models for a practical liposuction training session focused on the abdominal or back regions. The program will be conducted in the Los Angeles vicinity. Selected models will undergo the full procedure for a fee of $1,000, a significant reduction from the standard rate of $6,000. This cost includes all necessary materials, pharmaceuticals, and postoperative care appointments.

Program Overview

The treatment will be administered under the direct guidance of Dr. Sam Assassa, M.D., a board-certified aesthetic medicine physician and an international instructor for AAAMS. The liposuction will be performed using local anesthesia. Recovery time is typically brief, with most individuals resuming normal work activities after just a couple of days.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Body Mass Index (BMI) must fall between 25 and 35.
• No significant underlying health problems.
• No prior surgical history in the targeted treatment area.
• Must agree to provide formal medical consent and permit photographic documentation.

1. Full name, age, height, weight, desired treatment area, city of residence, phone number, and email address.
2. Disclosure of any known medical conditions or allergies.
3. A minimum of three photographs, including front and side views.

Important Notice: This activity is part of a supervised educational course. All participants are required to sign a model consent form. A qualified physician oversees every step of the procedure.
