My Rates:

• $75.00 per hour (Remote) – for full-cycle bookkeeping, payroll, accounting, training, support, consultation, best practices, software setup, inventory management, tax preparation, audits, financial reporting, and reconciliation. A 2-hour minimum applies, with payment due upon completion of service.
• $55.00 per hour for remote basic bookkeeping services. A 4-hour minimum is required, along with a reliable internet connection; payment is prepaid.
• Project work: Rate to be determined. Please call for a quote.
• Payroll processing services: A one-time setup fee of $250.00 for new payroll, which requires a monthly QuickBooks Online Payroll subscription. Includes onboarding for direct deposit, employee pay-stub web access, all reporting, and on-time tax filing for W-2, quarterly and annual filings (940, 941, 944, DE9, 1099 with QBO).

I accept credit cards, checks, and cash. A deposit may be required.
